I credit Corey Hassman of Wolf CRE for the sale of my medical office condo in Voorhees, NJ during a difficult market. Corey is knowledgeable about how to market a property and was able to match the right buyer to my specific property. He was diligent and available as he assisted me through the entire process. When I ran into issues with Voorhees Township, Corey Hassman was there personally to interface with inspectors getting the inspections accomplished and delivered for closing.

As the owner of a new franchise business in South Jersey, I needed to find commercial office space using very defined criteria. I had the unbelievably good fortune to be directed to Erin at Wolf CRE by my local real estate investment group. Even though she was on vacation, she reached out immediately and arranged for me to connect with folks who could assist. In less than 2 days, I was on a conference call with 5 people who listened, understood, and assured me that they would be lock step with me through the process. Cory Hassman took over and patiently walked me step by step through the entire process. I am the owner of a 25-year strong and well-established catering company which has grown exponentially. In contemplating my next move, I also determined that there is a strong need in the area for a venue in which to host both corporate and private social events. Given this, I was in need of a much bigger physical space than my current operation could provide.
I was referred to Ryan Barikian from Wolf Commercial Real Estate. Once we met, I knew that he would be the support I needed to find the right location. That is exactly what happened. Ryan must have shown me at least a few dozen properties before I chose my new location. Throughout the process, from the location search through negotiation with the Landlord, and then to closing the deal, Ryan exhibited strong knowledge not only of commercial real estate in general but also of my particular geographic market and of my business which, like any other, has nuanced needs from a physical plant. Ryan was patient, knew how to talk with other brokers and landlords to establish meaningful relationships, which certainly helped in my situation but was also integral in making this deal happen.
As those of you who have been through this process know well, it can be both overwhelming and extremely frustrating, and one can only hope that their broker has the requisite skills and personality to “make it happen”. Ryan has shown all these skills, and more.

As a member of the Pavilions of Greentree Board of Directors, last year we needed to find a replacement for our long term Property Manager. They are not commingled or distracted because they operate to serve only their Property Management clients.
